Caroline S. Bailey founded her company, Bailey's Island
Properties, in Newport, RI in 1990. After a successful career as a
Realtor for 21 years, Caroline relinquished the reigns to the company
to her daughter Susan. Although Caroline still retains a RI real estate
broker's license, she is no longer selling real estate with the company.
